• From day 4 to 10: Dilute 5ml of the oral solution in 150ml of hot water. (3X daily);
Children (between 6 and 12 years old):
• From day 1 to 3: Dilute 5ml of the oral solution in 150ml of hot water. (3X daily);
• From day 4 to 10: Dilute 5ml of the oral solution in 150ml of hot water. (2X daily);
