Shipping policy

Homodieta – Produtos Naturais, Unipessoal Lda (NIF 502899646), located at Rua Agualva dos Açores, Nº 16, 2735-557 Agualva-Cacém, ships to Portugal, Spain, and other international areas through its logistics partner CTT.

1. HOW DELIVERIES ARE MADE

Orders placed on the Homodieta online store (www.jardimverde.pt) are shipped via CTT. Two delivery options are available: delivery to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase or collection at a Locky Locker or CTT Point.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during the carrier's normal distribution hours.

You can define your preferred address at checkout or add new addresses in your Customer Area.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery times presented are estimates provided by the carrier. Delivery times may vary due to external factors (weather, strikes, seasonal increases in volume, etc.).

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Homodieta presents clear and visible shipping costs at checkout. The price may vary depending on weight, destination, and active promotions.

Homodieta does not apply any markup or added value to the service provided by CTT, a leading company in the Portuguese market. Free delivery may be available above a minimum purchase amount, which will be communicated in-store and automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, when applicable (conditions shown at checkout).

4. ORDER TRACKING (TRACK & TRACE)

When your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A tracking code to follow the order's progress through the CTT Track & Trace platform;
• Email and/or SMS notifications regarding the delivery status.

5. DELIVERY TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS
You can change or add addresses at the time of purchase.

If your order includes products with different delivery times, separate shipments may be made at no additional cost to the customer, whenever necessary.

6. DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS

In case of exceptional delivery delays, you can cancel the order or return the products after receiving them in full.

Homodieta is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or factors beyond the company's control.
