Refund policy

At Homodieta – Produtos Naturais, Unipessoal Lda, we work daily to offer you high-quality natural and health products. Even so, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the legal period of 7 days after delivery.

Below you will find all the necessary information to make a return quickly and easily.

1. Where can I return a product purchased from Homodieta?

Homodieta is an exclusively online store, therefore all returns are made via courier, following the process below:

Return Option: Shipping via CTT Expresso

To return your product, you must:

1. Contact Customer Service to request the issuance of a return label (BackLabel);
2. Print the label sent and affix it to the original packaging or a suitable box;
3. Deliver the order to the point indicated by the carrier or wait for collection, if applicable.

Our Customer Support will send you all the necessary instructions.

2. What documents are needed?

To complete the return, you only need:
• The invoice or proof of purchase;
• The return label provided by Homodieta;
• The return form included with the order (when applicable), completed.

3. What is the maximum time limit for returning a product?
• You can return any order within 14 days of delivery.
• If the return is related to a recall notice, you can return the product regardless of the deadline.

4. Can I return any product?

We accept the return of most products, provided they comply with safety and hygiene rules.

We do not accept returns in the following cases:
• Opened, used or consumed products, except for manufacturing defects or logistical errors;
• Packaging damaged for reasons unrelated to transport or order preparation;
• Products that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be accepted after opening, such as:
- Dietary supplements with broken seals;
- Opened creams or cosmetic products;
- Toothbrushes;
- Intimate or personal contact products;
- Rapid tests, among others;

• Personalized or custom-made products.

Important exception:
In case of product recall, we accept returns in any condition, including opened or used products.

Sets (kits): If you purchased a set, you must return all components.

5. How do I receive my refund?

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, after the product is received and checked at our warehouse.
• Refund processing may take up to 14 days after receiving the return.
• If the return is incomplete, does not meet the indicated conditions, or does not meet legal requirements, Homodieta reserves the right to refuse the refund.
